ABOUT OUR AGENCYI’ve proudly served as a State Farm agent since 2006, after spending 15 years in the music industry as a record label executive. I graduated from Cal State Dominguez Hills, have been married for 30 years, and am the proud parent of two grown kids — a 23-year-old son and a 21-year-old daughter. As a 30-year resident of Culver City, this community means a lot to me, and I’ve spent many years giving back through leadership and volunteer work. I’ve served on the Board of Directors for the Culver City Chamber of Commerce, been a Director on the Culver City Education Foundation, sponsored and participated in the Culver City Car Show, and supported countless local school and charity events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Church - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
          Compensation $20.00 - $24.00 per year
