"I've had a policy with State Farm for many years, coverage on my condominium. My upstairs neighbor caused extensive water damage to my unit (he has coverage with State Farm as well). I was working with an adjuster at State Farm who represented my neighbor. He was not willing to compensate me for all my expenses (less mold remediation, which is not covered under our policies).
