ABOUT OUR AGENCYI’ve proudly served as a State Farm agent since 2006, after spending 15 years in the music industry as a record label executive. I graduated from Cal State Dominguez Hills, have been married for 30 years, and am the proud parent of two grown kids — a 23-year-old son and a 21-year-old daughter. As a 30-year resident of Culver City, this community means a lot to me, and I’ve spent many years giving back through leadership and volunteer work. I’ve served on the Board of Directors for the Culver City Chamber of Commerce, been a Director on the Culver City Education Foundation, sponsored and participated in the Culver City Car Show, and supported countless local school and charity events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Church - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Compensación $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
